These Terms are an Ammendment to the Standard FaktorTel Terms as issued on the FaktorTel Terms and Conditions
and Acceptable Use Policy pages.

* Credit for FaktorTel Prepaid Accounts is non-refundable.
* Credit for FaktorTel Prepaid Accounts has no expiry or time limit.

Your FaktorTel number is the 8 digit number provided to you when you initially signed up for your account.
This is usually emailed to you and will always begin with the first two numbers of " 09 "
A FaktorTel number will look similar to this: " 09123456 "

Recharging an existing account will occur in most cases within 2 minutes of clicking the appropriate recharge button.
This process is automated, and on the rare occasion PayPal may delay verification until manual approval by an accounts staff member.
