If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the refund period specified for your plan, you will be given a refund of the monthly cost of your package. ( Excluding Call Costs )

2. If a free device has been provided during this period then the device must either:
* Be returned in the original packaging for re-distribution. ( A re-stocking fee of $20 applies )
* Be paid for, in full, prior to any further refund.

3. If a discounted device has been provided during this period then the device must either:
* Be returned in the original packaging for re-distribution. ( A re-stocking fee equal to the difference between the discounted price of the device and $20 will be charged )
* Be paid for, in full, prior to any further refund.

4. Any account cancelled / terminated by FaktorTel for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms and Conditions do not qualify for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

5. Any funds redeemed from the Money Back Guarantee can only be refunded into the account initially used for payment of the service.

6. The Money Back Guarantee is available on " Residential Packages " and " Business Packages."

To receive a full refund you must provide us with a reason for your dissatisfaction. This collation of information is used to improve and provide the highest quality of service possible for our present and future customers. To receive a full refund, email our BILLING department and we'll send you a cancellation form. Any cancellation request will be effective upon processing of the cancellation form ( approximately 24hrs ). Refund amounts may take up to 30 Days to be credited to your account.
