Q) What is my FaktorTel Number?

A) Your FaktorTel number is the 8 digit number provided to you when you initially signed up for the account. This is usually emailed to you and will always begin with the first two numbers at "09". A faktortel number usually looks like this "09123456"

Q) How long will it take to recharge my account?

A) Recharging an existing account will occur in most cases within 2 minutes of clicking the appropriate recharge button. The process is automated however at times paypal may with hold verification until manually approved by an accounts staff member.
