With the FaktorTel Reseller package we allow you to provide your customers with incoming DID (Direct Indial) numbers or regular portable local phone numbers.

Currently FaktorTel allows you to provide DID's from all major cities and territories and local numbers from over 600 of the countries most popular exchanges. FaktorTel can also provide numbers for some international destinations.

Incoming numbers can be provided in single's for residential or business use or blocks of 100 numbers for corporate use. It's up to you how you provide your numbers to your customers.

FaktorTel is able to provide Local Number Portability for your customers, using our agreements with various service providers.

FaktorTel can port PSTN and ISDN numbers from the following providers below:

• TELSTRA
• OPTUS
• AAPT

Porting costs are on a per number or per 100 number basis. These costs can be found below:

TYPE	COST (Ex GST)
Single Number	$20.00 Once off
100 Number Range	$400 once off

• Monthly fee costs apply to the number of incoming numbers ported.
• Porting charges for partial ports may be agreed upon as required.
