FaktorTel's Network Status
The following are network status indicators for each section of the network. Due to the complexity and redundancy of the network, a FAILED indicator may not mean that you have definitely lost service. In most cases your calls will simply be re-routed around the problematic area. This service is provided to assist customers in diagnosing faults on their network by knowing more about what is happening on the FaktorTel network.

| INVESTIGATING | A fault has been recognised on the service and is currently under investigation by our staff. Please check notices below. |
| FAILED | This service is currently in the failed state and is awaiting further investigation. Usually these faults are directly routed around. |
