In most cases your calls will simply be re-routed around the problematic area. OK	Service is functioning correctly.
INVESTIGATING	A fault has been recognised on the service and is currently under investigation by our staff. Please check notices below.
FAILED	This service is currently in the failed state and is awaiting further investigation. Usually these faults are directly routed around.
