In most cases, calls get re-routed around any problem area. This service is to assist customers with diagnosing faults on their network, with a status report of the FaktorTel network.

INVESTIGATING A fault has been recognised on the service and is currently under investigation by our staff. Please check notices below.
FAILED This service is currently in the failed state and is awaiting further investigation.
Usually these faults are directly routed around.
