DIDs (Direct in dial – incoming phone numbers)
FaktorTel is capable of providing real world phone numbers directly connected to your internet phone. This means you can have a Melbourne phone number connected to your internet phone. For example, the number could be: (03) 1234 5678.
When this number is dialled from any other phone in the world, your internet phone will ring and you will receive the call.
DID Numbers explained
A DID Number doesn’t need to reside in your location. Therefore, you may have a number that is outside your area. Which means your customers can call you at local call rates if they are situated within the locality of your number. You can have multiple DID’s for different locations on an account, directed to different endpoints or all being answered in the same location – whatever works best for you.
What phone numbers can FaktorTel provide?

Can I use VoIP for Faxing?
With FaktorTel, you can setup a Fax to Email service on numbers you control. This enables you to receive faxes which then get converted to PDF and emailed to you. You can add a Fax to Email service though our Customer Portal for only $6.95/month flat rate, no matter how many faxes you receive!
