Unmanaged PBX’s give you the ability to fully self-sufficient running your own phone system, offering your business the same great Virtual PBX at a lower cost for taking on the management yourselves. FaktorTel Technical Staff are available for limited via email and telephone, but will NOT access your PBX to create extensions, IVR’s, queues or any other features. The management of the PBX is solely the customer’s responsibility.

AUTO-ATTENDANT |
An Interactive Voice Response ( IVR ) menu that presents the caller with options for the call to be transferred to the area of interest. ( i,e. Press: 1 for Sales, 2 for Support, Etc. ) |
